By using our services, you confirm you agree to the below terms.
If you cancel within 3 hours prior to the appointment time or fail to show up for your appointment, you will be charged the full amount to compensate for lost revenue.
There is no charge if you cancel before that, using the link emailed to you after you booked.
Similarly, if you are over 10 minutes late to your appointment, you will be charged and may be refused service, due to other appointments after yours.
Repeat offenders of the above may be refused service in the future.
We are a small business and not able to cushion the blow of lost revenue as a result of missed appointment slots.
We do not tolerate abuse and reserve the right to refuse anyone service if we wish.
